• It’s designed for the extreme cold but made with a lightweight, breathable and waterproof and anti-rip fabric.
• The filling is 800 fill RDS certified Down, providing extreme warmth from natural materials in an ethical way.
• It has a longer length to cover your rear and tops of thighs adding warmth to areas that often lose heat the quickest.
• The fabric stretches in all the right places and has zippers on the sides for when your activity leel goes up.
• In love with the convenient suspension straps on the interior waist of the jacket that allow you to connect your coat to a backpack for times when you may be traveling through an airport or train station and don’t want to pack your coat completely away.
• Another great carry system is the Frost Parkas ability to pack down into its own inside pocket and become a small backpack. I did this on a few occasions hiking and snowshoeing, even attaching the pack to my other backpack and it was really nice and practical to not have to tie it around my waist or need to try to stuff it in my other backpack.
• The shoulders are reinforced so that if and when you are carrying a backpack or heavy gear they don’t wear down this area.
• The brim of the hood is expandable providing great protections from sun, snow or rain and the faux fur collar is removable.
• Ample pockets include 2 zippered hand warming pockets and 2 interior drop in pockets for things like phones, or wallets.
• The sleeves are fitted to keep cold air and snow out of your sleeves, even if you fall in a snowbank or make an impromptu snow angel.
